We Bleed, It's Normal

We bleed at work, we bleed at school, on a run, on a boat, in the water, in bed, in the club, in Maccas *gasp*— we bleed. So why isn't it normalised? There is a stigma around periods in Aotearoa, causing people who bleed unnecessary harm.
